To get the group discount, a group size must be at least 6 people.
Group bookings apply to the following conditions:
Reservation may be cancelled or modified so that the rooms/bed places will be reduced 30 days before the
arrival date free of charge (potential booking fee will be non-refundable.) if otherwise is not informed.
If the whole reservation is cancelled or modified so that reserved accommodation places will be reduced 29 to 10 days before the date of arrival, the hostel has the right to charge 50% of the total booking value / modification value from the customer.
If the whole reservation is cancelled or modified so that reserved accommodation places will be reduced 9 to 0 days before the date of arrival, the hostel has the right to charge the whole booking value / modification value (100%) from the customer.
With group reservations, hostel has the right to collect a reservation fee, which amounts to 15% of the total price.
The reservation fee will not be returned, if the customer does not adhere to the terms of cancellation.
The amount paid beforehand will be recompensed from the total amount.
Group payment terms:
– A first instalment of 50% of the full booking value needs to be paid to confirm the reservation.
– The remaining (50%) will need to be paid at least 1 month before the group arrival date.
Please note that our group cancellation policy is of 30 days(1 Month) before the group’s arrival.
Past this time no refund will be given regardless this sheet is signed or not, or the group made a booking through other reservation channels.
If a group of guests decides for one reason or another (the list may be long) to refuse BED OR A ROOM OR A GROUP OF ROOMS FROM THEIR TOTAL ACCOMMODATION, and the property does not immediately offer an alternative, they will understand that NO REFUND will exist whether or not a contract written between them, or if this sheet is signed, these rules are displayed at the on-line reception and are firm.
If a group payment is required to pay 100% prior by the customer, it must be understood that there will be no refund, regardless of the reasons for refusing this accommodation.
The Antique property has kept these rooms / rooms for more than 30 days, in these conditions, many reservations have been lost, denied, canceled, so the management who runs this Hostel decides that no money can be returned at the customer’s request or Property, especially if it enters the period of less than 10 days, and the reason invoked by the client is not settled amicably by both parties.
SHORTENING THE STAY AND REFUND
In case a customer travel plans will change by shortening the stay, the customer can obtain a refund for
the unused days by notifying the staff 48 hours in advance of the intended departure (either at the check in or not.) Whether a refund is paid or not,depends on the reservation’s cancellation policy and origin.
In case of groups with more than 6 people, the refund policy it’s different then single persons.
The group must notice us 30 days before.If the group refuse accommodation on the arrival day, there is no refund to return,it doesn’t depends on the cancellation policies,and it doesn’t depends on the motives.
If a room can be refused, we offer another accommodation for the same price inside our Hostel,if still refusing, the 100% from their booking will be NOT REFUNDED.
THE ABOVE MENTIONED BOOKING TERMS ARE VALID, UNLESS THE CUSTOMER AND THE HOSTEL AGREE OTHERWISE.
